By signing up for any of our text messaging services, you agree to receive text messages from T. Rowe Price to your mobile device subject to the following terms and conditions.

  1. When you opt-in to any service, we will send you a text message (also known as a Short Message Service or SMS) to confirm your signup. Message frequency differs between services:

    • For Text Message Alerts, message frequency is based on account activity. 
    • For Text Message Login Security Method, message frequency is based on account activity.
    • For T. Rowe Price App, we will send you one message per request.
  2. You can cancel a service at any time.

    • For Text Message Alerts, text STOP to 876937
    • For Text Message Login Security Method, text STOP to 32351.
    • For T. Rowe Price App, text STOP to 68784.

    After you text the message STOP to us, we will send you a text message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive text messages for that service.

    If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending text messages to you again.

  3. We can assist if you forget what keywords are supported.

    • For Text Message Alerts, text HELP to 876937.
    • For Text Message Login Security Method, text HELP to 32351.
    • For T. Rowe Price App, text HELP to 68784.

    After you text the message HELP to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe.

  4. T. Rowe Price does not charge you when we send text messages to you. However, your wireless provider's text and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency is based on account activity. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
