Elias Chrysostomou is an associate portfolio manager of the International Core Equity Strategy in the International Equity Division. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price International Ltd.

Elias's investment experience began in 2002, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2019, beginning in the Equity Division. Before joining the firm, Elias was a managing director at Lazard Asset Management where he was a financials specialist in international equities and a member of the Investment Council. Prior to this, Elias was employed by UBS Asset Management as a European banks specialist and global financials portfolio manager.

Elias earned a B.Sc., first-class honors, in banking and international finance from City University London, Bayes Business School (formerly known as Cass Business School). He also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst^® designation.
