Joe's investment experience began in 2005 when he joined T. Rowe Price, beginning in the fund accounting department.

Joe earned a B.A. in finance and an M.S.F./M.B.A. from the University of Maryland, Robert H. Smith School of Business. Joe also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst^® designation.
