1. Go to your Dashboard to access and download your invoice.

2. Access your invoice through the link in the "Ready to Review" section.

3. Select a payment option from the dropdown menu.

a. Choose "Plan Assets" to pay via plan assets including Forfeiture, Administrative Budget, and Participant Accounts as your plan allows. If you choose Participant Accounts, you'll be prompted to choose Pro Rata or Per Capita. Please reach out to your Client Account Manager if you have questions related to your plan options.

Enter additional processing instructions if there are accounts, investments, or sources that should be excluded, or if there is a source or investment-specific heirarchy.

b. Choose "Use Other Payment Method" to pay this invoice instead of using plan assets. Please see the invoice for additional payment instructions.

4. If you receive a 0.00 invoice, you can resolve the task by selecting "Use Other Payment Method" and clicking "Submit." You can also ignore the prompt until the next invoice arrives into your account, atwhich point it will automatically be removed. 

5. Submit your payment. Once you do, instructions will be sent to your Client Account Manager to start the process for your payment selection.

6. Type a message to ask questions related to your invoice. These will be sent out to the billing team and the reply will come directly to Plan Activity.

7. Check the status of your payment.

a. Ready for Review: Payment option has not been chosen.

b. Closed: Payment option has been submitted.
