Mike Shamburger

Mike is the head of territory sales for the Retirement Plan Services division. Prior to that, he was head of Retirement Plan Sales and Distribution at The Hartford. Mike earned a B.S. in business management from the University of Oklahoma and is a FINRA Series 6 and 7 registered representative.
Lynn Roy
Vice president of T. Rowe Price, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Retirement Plan Services, Inc.
Lynn is the head of TPA markets for the Retirement Plan Services division. Prior to joining T. Rowe Price, she led TPA markets for MassMutual and, previously, The Hartford. Lynn is a graduate of Central Connecticut State University with a B.S. degree in Finance. She has an Accredited Pension Administrator (APA) designation from NIPA and a C(k)P® with The Retirement Advisor University (TRAU). She is a FINRA Series 6, 26, and 63 registered representative.

Jeffrey S. Talbott

Prior to this current position, Jeff was a manager of Institutional Retirement Marketing. Jeff joined the firm in 1996. He earned a B.A. in marketing from West Virginia University and an M.B.A. from Loyola University Maryland. He is a Series 6, 7, and 63 registered representative.
