Mike Shamburger
Vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Retirement Plan Services, Inc.
Mike is the head of territory sales for the Retirement Plan Services division. Prior to that, he was head of Retirement Plan Sales and Distribution at The Hartford. Mike earned a B.S. in business management from the University of Oklahoma and is a FINRA Series 6 and 7 registered representative.

Christine Carolan
Christine Carolan is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and a vice president and director of Intermediary Relations for T. Rowe Price Retirement Plan Services, Inc.
She has over 27 years of experience in the investment and retirement plan industry, including 15 years with T. Rowe Price. Christine has been focused on the defined contribution market throughout her career, including previous positions at Willis Towers Watson, Barclays Global Investors, and Mercer. Christine served as the T. Rowe Price West Region mega-market sales executive prior to joining the Consultant Relations team in April 2019. Christine received a B.A. in economics from Fairfield University. She is a FINRA Series 6, 7, and 63 registered representative.
Jeffrey S. Talbott
Jeff Talbott is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Retirement Plan Services, Inc., and the manager of Consultant Relations. Prior to his current position, he was a manager of Institutional Retirement Marketing. Jeff joined the firm in 1996. He earned a B.A. in marketing from West Virginia University and an M.B.A. from Loyola University Maryland. He is a Series 6, 7, and 63 registered representative.
