Carolyn Roby is a portfolio manager in the Fixed Income Division. She is a co-portfolio manager for the US Core Bond, US Investment Grade Core Bond, US Core Plus Bond, and US Total Return Bond Strategies. Carolyn is a member of the Investment Advisory Committees for the Total Return Fund, Total Return ETF, and New Income Fund. She also is a member of the Investment Advisory Committees for the Corporate Income Fund and Dynamic Global Bond Fund. Carolyn is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc. 

Carolyn’s investment experience began in 2006 when she joined T. Rowe Price, beginning as an associate in the Trade Support department and soon transitioning to a trading analyst role in Global Trading supporting both the municipal and taxable money market desks. In 2008, she moved within Global Trading to trade emerging market debt and foreign exchange. In 2023, Carolyn joined the US Core Bond Strategy team as an associate portfolio manager to support the investment process, eventually transitioning to co-manager of the US Multi-Sector suite in 2025. 

Carolyn earned a B.S. in finance and an M.B.A. from the University of Maryland, Robert H. Smith School of Business.
