Anna Dreyer is a co-portfolio manager of the Total Return Bond, US Core Plus, US Core Bond, and US Investment Grade Core Bond Strategies. Anna is a member of the Investment Advisory Committees for the Total Return Fund, Total Return ETF, New Income Fund, QM U.S. Bond Index Fund, and QM U.S. Bond ETF. She is a member of the Core/Core Plus Portfolio Strategy team and the Multi-Asset Credit Investment team and is cochair of the Sector Strategy Advisory Group. Anna is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc. 

Anna has been with T. Rowe Price since 2008, beginning as a quantitative investment analyst in the Multi-Asset Division. Since then, Anna has worked as an associate director of research in the Multi-Asset Division, as a portfolio manager of the Managed Volatility strategy suite in the Multi-Asset Division, and as head of Fixed Income Quantitative Risk and Portfolio Construction research in the Fixed Income Division.

Anna earned a B.S. and an M.Eng. in electrical engineering and computer science, with a minor in economics, and a Ph.D. in biomedical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst^® designation.
