Sean McWilliams is head of systematic investing, multi-asset and a portfolio manager in the Multi-Asset Division. He is the portfolio manager for the Hedged Equity Strategy and the U.S. Risk Managed Dynamic Allocation SMA and a co-portfolio manager for managed volatility strategies. He is the chairman of the Investment Advisory Committee of the Hedged Equity Fund and vice president and member of the Investment Advisory Committee of the Global Allocation Fund. Sean also is an executive vice president of the T. Rowe Price Equity Funds, Inc., and a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Trust Company.

Sean's investment experience began in 2009 when he joined T. Rowe Price, beginning as an investment fellow in the Investment Risk Management Group in the Equity Division. Sean was a risk analyst covering equity portfolio and firmwide derivatives counterparty risk before becoming a quantitative investment analyst in the Multi-Asset Division.

Sean earned a B.A. in mathematics and statistics from Johns Hopkins University. He also earned an M.S. in applied mathematics from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and an M.S. in applied economics from Johns Hopkins University.
