Scott Solomon is a portfolio manager in the International Fixed Income Division. He co-manages the Dynamic Global Bond Strategies. Scott also is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc.

Scott’s investment experience began in 2008, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2005, beginning in the Mutual Fund Accounting department. Prior to assuming his current role, he was a member of the Investment Grade, Enhanced Index, and Quantitative Research teams and provided portfolio modeling and analysis support to portfolio managers.

Scott earned a B.A. in business administration from Franklin & Marshall College. He also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.
