Joe Wolfe is a co-portfolio manager of the Integrated US Large-Cap Value Equity Strategy and the Integrated Global Equity Strategy in the Global Equity Division. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc.  

Joe’s investment experience began in 2001, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2024, beginning in the Integrated Equity Group within the U.S. Equity Division. Prior to this, Joe was employed by BlackRock where he was a managing director and co-portfolio manager. He also served as fundamental equities chief analytics officer. Prior to BlackRock, Joe was head of quantitative equity at Northern Trust in Chicago.  

Joe earned a B.S. in economics from Slippery Rock University and advanced degrees in economics from Ohio State University and Kent State University. Joe also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation. In addition, he is a member of the Boston Security Analysts Society, Chicago Quantitative Alliance, and Global Association of Risk Professionals.
