Elina Abel is the head of the Transformation Office. She is a member of the Strategic Operating Committee, the Enterprise Risk Management Committee, and various other program steering committees. She is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc.

Elina’s experience in the financial services industry began in 2006, and she has been with T. Rowe Price since 2023, beginning in the COO Group. Prior to this, Elina was employed by Wells Fargo as the transformation leader for the wholesale bank and as CTO for Wells Fargo's International and Commercial Banking business. Prior to that, Elina was employed at UBS and Citi in various transformation and technology leadership roles.

Elina earned a master’s degree in information systems and management from Manchester Business School and a bachelor’s degree in management from the University of Manchester, Institute of Science and Technology in the United Kingdom.
