Elias Chrysostomou is the portfolio manager of the International Core Equity Strategy in the Global Equity Division. He also is a member of the Regional Investment Committee for the UK and Europe. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price International Ltd. 

Elias’ investment experience began in 2002, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2019, beginning in the Equity Division. Prior to this, Elias was employed by Lazard Asset Management as a managing director and financials specialist in international equities and was a member of the Investment Council. He also was employed by UBS Asset Management as a European banks specialist and global financials portfolio manager.

Elias earned a B.Sc., first-class honors, in banking and international finance from City University London, Bayes Business School (formerly known as Cass Business School). He also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst^® designation.
