Brian McMullen is a senior ETF specialist in the Exchange-Traded Funds Group. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc. 

Brian’s investment experience began in 2016, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2024, beginning in the Exchange-Traded Funds Group. Prior to this, Brian was employed by Invesco as a senior fixed income strategist for the exchange-traded funds (ETF) business, where he supported institutions and financial advisors on fixed income ETF education, portfolio construction, and product-specific strategies. 

Brian earned a B.S. from Wheaton College and a master’s degree from Holy Cross College.
