Emily Barczak is the insights leader on the U.S. Intermediaries Advisor Engagement team. 

Emily has been with T. Rowe Price since 2014, beginning in Human Resources. As a frequent keynote speaker at industry events, she develops and delivers practice management content designed to help financial professionals improve business outcomes and work more effectively with investors. Prior to her current role, Emily spent nearly 20 years advising and training publicly facing business leaders from across the financial services, insurance, and health care fields, specializing in helping them bring about authentic, lasting, and positive change among the people they serve. 

Emily earned a B.S. in psychology from Towson University and an M.S. from Loyola University Maryland. Emily also has earned the Hogan Assessment Systems and Fierce Conversations professional certifications from Brown University.
