Jean-Marc Breaux is a sector portfolio manager in the Fixed Income Division. He is a member of the Money Market Credit Policy Committee. Jean-Marc also is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc.

Jean-Marc’s investment experience began in 2006, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2018, beginning as a credit analyst in the Fixed Income Division. Prior to T. Rowe Price, Jean-Marc was employed by Aegon Asset Management as a research analyst covering collateralized loan obligations, commercial mortgage-backed securities, residential mortgage-backed securities, and asset-backed securities. In 2023, he transitioned from his role as a securitized credit analyst to a sector portfolio manager in the Securitized Products Group. 

Jean-Marc earned a B.S. in business administration from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. He also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst^® designation.
