Neil Smith is the global head of equity modeling within the Investments and Trading Solutions team. He is the portfolio manager of the US Equity Index Strategy and International Equity Index Fund and chair of their respective Investment Advisory Committees. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., T. Rowe Price International Ltd, T. Rowe Price Hong Kong Limited, and T. Rowe Price Singapore Private Ltd.

Neil’s investment experience began in 1994 when he joined T. Rowe Price.

Neil earned a B.Sc. in technological physics from the University of Essex and an M.B.A. in management of international financial services from the University of London. Neil also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst^® designation.
