Justin Olsen is co-portfolio manager of the Capital Appreciation Premium Income ETF and an associate portfolio manager of the Capital Appreciation and Income Fund under the Capital Appreciation Strategy at T. Rowe Price Investment Management. He is a member of the Capital Appreciation and Income Investment Advisory Committee. Justin also is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc.

Justin's investment experience began in 2013, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2014, beginning as a graduate intern and an investment fellow rotating through the Quantitative Fixed Income, Product Strategy, and Quantitative Equity teams. Prior to his current role, he was a quantitative investment analyst in the Fixed Income Division, responsible for the corporate credit sector in high yield and emerging markets research. 

Justin earned a B.S. in statistical science from Brigham Young University and an M.S. in engineering, with a concentration in financial mathematics, from Johns Hopkins University. He also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst^® designation.
