Jeanny Silva is an associate portfolio manager on the Global Multi-Sector and Global Fixed Income Strategies. She is a member of the Investment Advisory Committees of the Corporate Income Fund and the Institutional Long Duration Credit Fund and a member of the Sector Strategy Advisory Group. Jeanny is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc.

Jeanny's investment experience began in 2003, and she has been with T. Rowe Price since 2016, beginning in the Fixed Income Division. In 2023, she transitioned from her role as a credit analyst to an associate portfolio manager within International Fixed Income to support the investment process, facilitate communications, and participate in client servicing efforts. Prior to working at T. Rowe Price, Jeanny was employed by GE Asset Management as a senior analyst. She also has held positions in commodities risk management and was a director of corporate ratings for Standard & Poor’s.

Jeanny earned a B.A. in economics from Barnard College, Columbia University, and an M.B.A. from New York University, Stern School of Business.
