Evan Scheiner is a director of Portfolio Investment Analysts, covering the Index Fund products, in the Investment and Trading Solutions Group. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc. 

Evan’s investment experience began in 2018, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2017, beginning in Global Trading. Prior to this, Evan was employed by Morgan Stanley in its Middle Office.

Evan earned a B.A. in business administration from Roanoke College.
