Yuliya Sivay is a quantitative investment analyst in the Multi-Asset Division. She is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc.

Yuliya has been with T. Rowe Price since 2024, beginning in the Multi-Asset Division. Prior to this, Yuliya was employed by Edelman Financial Engines as a financial researcher. In this role, Yuliya developed algorithms for wealth planning and portfolio management products. She also worked at the Centre for Economic and Financial Research as a research fellow, specializing in applied research in economics.

Yuliya earned a B.S. in economics from Novosibirsk State University in Novosibirsk, Russia. She also earned an M.A. in economics from Higher School of Economics in Moscow and a Ph.D. in finance from George Washington University School of Business. She also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst^® designation.
