Yukiko Hanai is a global fixed income portfolio specialist in the Fixed Income Division. She works closely with our local offices in Asia and provides technical knowledge and client service for a number of our global fixed income strategies. Yukiko is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Japan, Inc. 

Yukiko’s investment experience began in 1992, and she has been with T. Rowe Price since 2017, beginning in the Fixed Income Division. Prior to this, Yukiko was a senior vice president and credit analyst at AllianceBernstein Japan Ltd. and headed its local fixed income investment team. Prior to that, Yukiko was an associate director at Ernst & Young Transaction Advisory Services Co., Ltd., a European high yield portfolio manager; an analyst at Pioneer Global Investment Ltd.; a Eurobond credit analyst at the Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, Ltd., London branch; and a U.S. high yield credit analyst at Orix Corporation.

Yukiko earned a B.A. in political science from Keio University. Yukiko also has earned the Chartered Member of the Securities Analysts Association of Japan designation.
