William George

William “Bill” George is the head of Legal, Compliance, and Audit Technology and managing legal counsel. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc.

Bill has been with T. Rowe Price since 2015, beginning in Corporate Technology. Prior to this, he was employed by the law firm Tanenholz & Associates, PLLC, as a director and senior associate. Prior to that, Bill was a staff attorney with the law firm Ober | Kaler.

Bill earned a B.A. in economics and history from Emory University and a J.D. from the University of Maryland, Carey School of Law.
