Vinnett Mason is the head of Risk Enablement in the Enterprise Risk Group. She is a member of the firm’s diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts within Amplify Voices, an advisory committee sponsored by WAVE that seeks to elevate the voices of Black female associates. Vinnett also is a member of the Black Leadership Council. She is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc.

Vinnett has been with T. Rowe Price since 2005, beginning her career in Investment Operations. She also has held leadership roles in Retirement Plan Services, Individual Investors, U.S. Intermediaries, Compliance and Risk Management, and Global Product.

Vinnett earned a B.S. in business administration, with an economics emphasis, from Bowie State University and an M.B.A., with an information science and systems emphasis, from Morgan State University. She is a Series 7, 63, 24, 52, and 53 registered representative. She also is an Advisory Board member of Bowie State University’s College of Business.
