Victoria Fung

Victoria Fung is a senior defined contribution specialist for the Global Retirement Strategy team. The team leads an enterprisewide retirement strategy, advises on new product development, and helps amplify the firm’s voice in retirement policy and thought leadership domains globally. Victoria is responsible for relationships with our largest defined contribution clients and prospects, through distribution of investment solutions and thought leadership. She also serves as cochair of the San Francisco chapter of WAVE, an affinity group to advance and support women at the firm, and is a member of the Public DB Operating Committee. She is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc.

Victoria’s industry experience began in 2004, and she has been with T. Rowe Price since 2017, beginning in the Americas Institutional Business division. Prior to this, Victoria was employed by BlackRock (as well as by Barclays Global Investors, prior to its acquisition by BlackRock), where she served as a senior vice president in the institutional defined contribution sales and service team for the U.S. and Canada. Before that, she was employed by Fisher Investments as an account executive within the Private Client Group.

Victoria earned a B.A. in political science from the University of California, Berkeley. She is a Series 3, 7, and 63 registered representative. She is a board member and past president of the San Francisco chapter of the Western Pension & Benefit Council, a local ambassador for the Defined Contribution Institutional Investment Association (DCIIA), and a past DCIIA DEI Rising Star Award recipient.
