Twyla Cummings is the head of Fixed Income Product. She is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc.

Twyla’s investment experience began in 2003, and she has been with T. Rowe Price since 2019, beginning in Global Product. Prior to this, Twyla was employed by Wellington Management International Limited where she performed a variety of roles throughout her tenure, including investment risk management, portfolio analysis, and product management. Twyla also was employed by State Street, specializing in operations, including compliance and trade settlement.

Twyla earned an M.B.A. from Simmons College and a bachelor's degree, cum laude, from Northeastern University. She also earned her PRM (Professional Risk Manager) certificate in 2015.
