Troy Dye is the head of Marketing for Individual Investors (II). In this role, Troy is responsible for II’s growth strategy, client acquisitions, current client growth and marketing, public site experience, offer strategy, and management and client communications.
Troy’s investment experience began in 2000, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2025, beginning in the II Marketing unit. Prior to this, Troy was employed by Capital One in performance marketing, brand strategy, and advertising and then moved to business segment marketing leadership roles accountable for brand and product strategy, consumer insights, customer experience, and engagement across various card businesses. Troy also was employed by the West Cary Group, where he was accountable for client strategy, agency growth strategy, and overall agency effectiveness.
Troy earned a B.A. in psychology from the University of Virginia.
