Tracy Zinkand is the general manager of Global Client Account Services. She is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc.  

Tracy has been with T. Rowe Price since 1994, beginning as an equity fund accountant in Global Investment Operations. 

Tracy earned a B.B.A. in accounting and an M.B.A. from Loyola University.
