Tom Quinn is the head of Enterprise Security and the chief information security officer. He is responsible for cybersecurity and information security strategy and execution. He also is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc.

Tom’s technology and cybersecurity experience began in 1998, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2016, beginning in Technology as the head of Enterprise Security. Prior to this, Tom was managing director and technology controls officer for JPMC Consumer and Community Banking and previously was managing director, chief information security officer for BNY Mellon and senior vice president, chief information security officer for State Street Corporation. He has held key cybersecurity and technology positions at Goldman Sachs and Prudential and served as a U.S. Navy officer during combat operations. 

Tom earned a B.A. in political science from Old Dominion University and an M.S. in information technology management from the Naval Postgraduate School. He also has earned the Certified Information Security Manager^® certification and is a boardroom certified Qualified Technology Expert. Tom is an advisory board member for private equity and venture capital firms.
