Tom Cha is a credit analyst on the Investment Grade team in the Fixed Income Division. 

Tom’s investment experience began in 1997, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2025, beginning in the Fixed Income Division. Prior to this, Tom was employed by Schroder Investment Management in the area of global credit research. He also was employed by New York University as an adjunct associate professor.  

Tom earned a bachelor of arts degree in economics from Boston University and completed the general management program at Harvard Business School. He also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst^® designation.
