Todd Skacan , CFA

Todd Skacan is the capital markets manager on the Centralized Private Equity team. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc.

Todd has been with T. Rowe Price since 2002, beginning as an investment services associate in Retail Investment Services. In 2004, Todd moved to the equity trading desk where he worked as a trading assistant, a junior trader, and then a trader. His primary focus was health care and small-cap companies. In 2017, he assumed the role of equity capital markets manager, covering all public and private transactions within the Americas. Upon the formation of the Centralized Private Equity team in 2021, Todd joined to focus efforts on private company investments. 

Todd earned a B.B.A. in finance and international business from Loyola University Maryland. He also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst^® designation.
