Todd Henry is the head of Investment Strategic Partners. He is a member of the Global Product Steering, Investment Management Steering, and Risk and Operational Steering Committees. He also is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price International Ltd.

Todd has been with T. Rowe Price since 1991, beginning in Rowe Price-Fleming International. Before assuming his current position, Todd led the portfolio specialist and portfolio analyst team. Prior to that, he was a portfolio specialist covering a broad suite of international equity and emerging markets equity strategies. He has traveled around the world extensively and spent over two years in the firm's London office working alongside the emerging markets equity team and other investment professionals as the head of portfolio specialists and portfolio analysts.

Todd earned a B.A. in economics from the University of Delaware and an M.B.A. in international business from Johns Hopkins University. He also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst^® designation and is a Series 7 registered representative.
