Tina Devine is a portfolio analyst in the Multi-Asset Division. She provides analytical support to investment, client service, and marketing staff for the firm’s target date and college savings plan portfolios.

Tina’s investment experience began in 2014, and she has been with T. Rowe Price since 2007, beginning as a specialist in the Global Client & Investment Reporting Operations department. Prior to her current position, Tina also was a member of the Multi-Asset Investment Liaison team, covering target date and college savings plan portfolios. 

Tina earned an M.S.F. in finance from Loyola University Maryland.
