Timothy Taylor is a co-portfolio manager for the mutual funds in the US Municipal Long-Term Bond and US Municipal Single State Bond Strategies in the Fixed Income Division. Timothy is an executive vice president of the State Tax-Free Funds and an Investment Advisory Committee member for the Tax-Free High Yield, Tax-Free Income, and Summit Municipal Funds. He also is cochairman of the Investment Advisory Committees for the Georgia, Maryland, and Virginia Tax-Free Bond Funds and an Investment Advisory Committee member of the California, New Jersey, and New York Tax-Free Bond Funds. Timothy is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc.

Timothy's investment experience began in 1997, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 1996, beginning as a trading analyst on the municipal trading desk. Prior to his current role, Timothy was the head trader for the long end of the municipal market for 18 years and traded municipals since 2000.

Timothy earned a B.B.A. in finance from James Madison University. He also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst^® designation.
