Tim Richman is a defined contribution specialist for the Global Retirement Strategy team. The team leads an enterprise retirement strategy, advises on new product development, and helps amplify the firm’s voice in retirement policy and thought leadership domains. Tim is responsible for relationships of our largest defined contribution clients and prospects in the Northeast and Southeast. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc.

Tim's investment experience began 1999, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2017, beginning in the Americas division. Prior to this, Tim was employed by BlackRock (and predecessor firm, Barclays Global Investors) as senior institutional defined contribution relationship manager and head of the Southeast region. Tim also was employed by Prager, Sealy & Co. as a municipal salesman and underwriter.

Tim earned a B.A. in English from Trinity College and an M.B.A. from University of California-Berkeley, Haas School of Business. He also has earned the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation and is a Series 3, 7, 32, and 63 registered representative.
