Thearra Su is an associate analyst covering responsible investing at T. Rowe Price Investment Management. She works in tandem with the governance team, supporting analysts and portfolio managers in integrating environmental, social, and governance considerations into the investment process. 

Thearra has been with T. Rowe Price since 2021, beginning as an investment fellow on the T. Rowe Price Investment Management Quantitative Equity team. Prior to this, Thearra was employed by PNC Bank as a senior quantitative analyst. 

Thearra earned an M.S. in financial analysis and quantitative risk management from Temple University, Fox Business School, and a B.S. in mathematics and criminal justice from La Salle University.
