Terry Wallace is an engagement consultant in Retirement Plan Services Client Services.

Terry's investment experience began in 2009, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2014, beginning on the Global Distribution Web Content team. Prior to this, Terry was employed by American Bankruptcy Institute in the area of financial media production. Terry also was employed by the Budgeting and Accounting Department at the University of Maryland, College Park, concentrating on asset management.

Terry earned a B.A. in studio art from the University of Maryland, an M.S. in game production and management from the University of Advancing Technology, and an M.B.A. in marketing from the University of Maryland. Terry also has earned the Certified Scrum Product Owner and Certified Scrum Master certifications. He was named as a Face of T. Rowe Price in 2020 and was a 2021 T. Rowe Price Experience, Discover, Grow, and Evolve program graduate.
