Teresa M. Woodard

Teresa Woodard is the head of Trading Analytics in Global Trading. Her primary focus is transaction cost analysis. Teresa is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc.

Teresa’s investment experience began in 2004, and she has been with T. Rowe Price since 2001, beginning in the front office system group in the U.S. Equity Division. 

Teresa earned a B.A. in political science and Spanish from Loyola University Maryland and a master in liberal arts degree from Johns Hopkins University.
