Terence Baptiste is managing legal counsel in the Legal, Compliance & Audit department. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Investment Management, Inc. 

Terence has been with T. Rowe Price since 2006, beginning in investment operations. Currently, he leads the U.S. Subadvised legal team focused on legal and regulatory issues related to T. Rowe Price's subadvised mutual fund clients. Prior to 2006, Terence was employed by FINRA as a senior investigator in the corporate financing department. Terence also was employed by Snyder Kearney LLC.

Terence earned a B.A. in finance from Hampton University and a J.D./M.B.A. from the University of Akron.
