Tanisha Fitts is the business manager in Global Sales Management. She is a member of Amplify Voices. She is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc.  

Tanisha’s investment experience began in 2006 when she joined T. Rowe Price, beginning as an operations services representative in Retirement Plan Services. She progressed through various roles including retirement plan coordinator, project liaison, business analyst, project manager, and senior project manager. In 2018, Tanisha transitioned to U.S. Intermediaries as a lead consultant–business effectiveness. In 2019, Tanisha joined and led the GD Business Architecture team and in 2022 was promoted to general manager. 

Tanisha earned a B.S. in business administration, management, and operations from Notre Dame of Maryland University. She also has earned the following designations and certifications: Watermark Learning (April 2021),  Project Management Professional (Project Management Institute, 2020), Prosci Change Management Certification (Prosci, Inc., 2017), Green Belt Certification (T. Rowe Price, 2017), and Six Sigma Yellow Belt (T. Rowe Price, 2015). Tanisha also has completed the T. Rowe Price Executive Leadership Development Program (2024) and the McKinsey Black Leadership Accelerator Program (October 2021). She is a Certified Business Architect (since 2023) and Certified Scrum Product Owner.
