Tami Dolinsky is an engagement consultant in Retirement Plan Services (RPS) Participant Engagement. She is primarily responsible for working with plan sponsors to develop goals and effective solutions for educating employees on their employer-sponsored retirement plan. Tami has broad experience in building client relationships; developing and implementing communication strategies; coordinating cross-functional and international teams; managing projects; and delivering multichannel, mixed media communication materials for clients in diverse industries.

Tami has been with T. Rowe Price since 2020, beginning in RPS Participant Engagement. Prior to this, she was employed by QIAGEN as a marketing project manager. Tami also was a communication consultant with Aon Hewitt.

Tami earned a B.A. in communications, with a minor in economics, from Chatham University. She also has earned the Project Management Professional credential.
