Tammy Wiggs is the head of Trading at T. Rowe Price Investment Management (TRPIM). She is a member of the Capital Appreciation and Income Fund Investment Advisory Committee and the T. Rowe Price Associates (TRPA)/TRPIM Global Trading, TRPA/TRPIM Counterparty Risk, and TRPIM Best Execution advisory committees. She also is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Investment Management, Inc.

Tammy's investment experience began in 2001, and she has been with T. Rowe Price since 2007, beginning in the T. Rowe Price Associates Global Trading division. Tammy trades equities and derivatives for the Capital Appreciation Fund, specializing in the large-cap value sector of the market. Prior to this, Tammy was employed by Merrill Lynch as a vice president of Institutional Equity Trading, where she was a position trader.

Tammy earned a B.S., cum laude, in finance from Georgetown University, McDonough School of Business, and an M.B.A. from Johns Hopkins University, Carey Business School.
