Susan Nakai

Susan Nakai is the head of Individual Investors (II) Operations and is the Colorado Springs site manager. She is a member of the WAVE business resource group.

Susan has been with T. Rowe Price since 2002, beginning in the Retail Phones division. She has held leadership roles in Workplace Investor Services and Education, II Operations, Client Engagement, and II Services, where she focused on meeting and exceeding client needs and providing strong results.

Susan earned a bachelor of science degree in business finance from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and an M.B.A. in service management from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs. She is a Series 7, 63, 24, and 53 registered representative. She has been a member of the Women’s Resource Center Board in Colorado Springs for three years. Susan has strong roots in the Colorado Springs community and is a member of the UCCS Accounting and Advisory Board.
