Stephen Carney is the director of Aggregate Plan Solutions within Retirement Plan Services (RPS). He is a member of the PRIDE business resource group. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. 

Stephen’s industry experience began in 2000, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2021, beginning in the RPS Core Market Product division. Prior to this, Stephen was the vice president of relationship management with Fiduciary Services Group in Philadelphia. Before that role, he was the manager of Client Services at Ascensus, Inc.

Stephen earned a B.A. in business from St. Anselm College. He currently is a Seton Hall University, Stillman School of Business Advisory Council board member.
