Shanise Morris is an engagement specialist for Participant Engagement, Marketing & Client Experience in Retirement Plan Services. Her primary focus involves partnering with engagement consultants on the development and distribution of strategic communications for plan sponsors to educate employees on the benefits of their employer-sponsored retirement plan and effectively highlight the principles of retirement planning and saving. In addition, Shanise provides tactical support to engagement consultants related to the execution of the aforementioned deliverables. 

Shanise has been with T. Rowe Price since 2010, beginning in the Marketing Presentation Group in Retirement Plan Services. Prior to this, Shanise was employed by the Johns Hopkins University School of Education as a program coordinator. 

Shanise earned a B.A. in English, with a concentration in journalism, from Morgan State University and an M.A. in communications from Notre Dame of Maryland University. She also earned the Claritas® Investment Certificate from the CFA Institute in 2014.
