Sean Mackley is the head of U.S. Intermediaries–Broker-Dealer National Accounts in the Global Distribution department. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc. 

Sean’s investment experience began in 1997, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2020, beginning in the Global Distribution department. In his role, Sean and his team are responsible for leading strategy and home office coverage at the various broker-dealers. Prior to this, Sean was employed by Legg Mason where he worked for 23 years holding numerous sales and leadership roles, with the most recent being the head of US National Accounts.  

Sean earned a B.A. in business/economics from Randolph-Macon College. Sean is a Series 7, 24, 63, and 3 registered representative. He also has earned the Certified Investment Management Analyst® certification.
