Scott Ackerman is a mortgage-backed securities trader in Global Trading. He is a vice president and member of the Investment Advisory Committee of the GNMA Fund, a vice president of the Multi-Sector Account Portfolios, and a member of the Investment Advisory Committee of the Mortgage-Backed Securities Multi-Sector Account Portfolio. Scott is an assistant vice president of T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc.

Scott’s investment experience began in 2011, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2015, beginning as a supervisor in the Investment Data Group. After that, he moved to Investment & Trading Solutions (Portfolio Modeling Group), where he supported equity trading and modeling and co-managed the passive index funds. He also provided modeling support for the stable value and mortgage-backed securities strategies in addition to providing multi-asset modeling capabilities across fixed income. Prior to this, Scott was employed by Morgan Stanley as a client service representative, analyst, and team lead in the Listed Derivatives Operations Group.

Scott earned a B.S. in marketing from the University of Maryland, Robert H. Smith School of Business.
