Ryan Nolan is a managing legal counsel in the Legal, Compliance, and Audit Department of T. Rowe Price Associates. He is a member of the firm's ESG Investing Committee. Ryan also is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc.

Ryan was with T. Rowe Price from 1997 to 1999, beginning in the Retirement Operations Group, and returned in 2002, again in the Retirement Operations Group. In 2004, he moved to the Legal Department.

Ryan earned a J.D., cum laude, from the University of Baltimore School of Law and a B.S. in economics from the University of Delaware. He is a Series 6, 63, 7, and 24 registered representative and is a member of the Maryland Bar Association.
