Romie Butcher is a client account manager in Retirement Plan Services (RPS) Client Services.

Romie's financial services experience began in 2012, and she has been with T. Rowe Price since 2022, beginning in RPS Client Administration. Prior to this, Romie was employed by Vanguard in the area of client administration. Romie also was employed by Infosys, specializing in client administration.

Romie earned a B.S., magna cum laude, in criminal justice from Temple University and a juris doctor from Widener University School of Law.
