Rogier Westhuis is a sales and relationship manager in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price (Luxembourg) Management S.á.r.l.

Rogier's investment experience began in 2001, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2021, beginning in EMEA Distribution. Prior to this, Rogier was employed by JP Morgan Asset Management as a client advisor manager for the Benelux. Rogier also has held roles at Pioneer Investments and ING Investment Management.

Rogier earned an M.B.A. from the University of Amsterdam. He is an RBA charterholder (CFA Society VBA Netherlands). RBA is a Dutch accreditation (Registered Investment Analyst) and is liaised to the CFA Society.
