Rob Urlock is a senior relationship manager in Client Services. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Retirement Plan Services, Inc.  

Rob’s industry experience began in 1997. He was with T. Rowe Price from 1996 to 1998, beginning in Retirement Plan Services Conversions, and returned in 2000 until the present. Rob previously was employed by William M. Mercer Investment Consulting, Inc., specializing in public sector retirement consulting.

Rob earned a B.S. in financial management from Clemson University. He is a Series 6, 7, and 63 registered representative.
